Simplicity is situated in a quiet area of town and offers the unique feeling of the Karoo with its view of an old windmill, mountains and clear skies. All of this can be enjoyed while having a glass of wine around the outdoor fire place or sitting on the sunny porch inside on colder days. The house is well restored with its large rooms, high ceilings and wooden floors. The fire place will keep you warm and cosy in the winter times.

Simplicity can accommodate up to 6 people.
There are 3 bedrooms consisting of 1 double bedroom with an en-suite with a shower and 2 single beds in each of the other 2 rooms.
Linen and towels are provided for.
There is also another bathroom with a bath.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster.
